- Relevance to the journal’s focus and scope
- Clarity of objectives and research methods
- Quality of analysis and discussion
- Contribution to legal and human rights scholarship
- Accuracy of references and citations

Review Decision

- Accept the manuscript without revision
- Accept the manuscript with minor revisions
- Request major revisions and resubmission
- Reject the manuscript
Authors will be informed of the review results and may be asked to revise their manuscripts according to the reviewers’ and editors’ suggestions.
Revision Process
Authors are expected to submit revised manuscripts within the time specified by the editorial team. Revised manuscripts may be returned to the reviewers for further evaluation if necessary.
Final Decision
The final decision regarding manuscript acceptance is made by the Editor-in-Chief based on reviewers’ recommendations, editorial evaluation, and the manuscript’s compliance with the journal’s publication standards.
