Author Guidelines
Authors are invited to submit original manuscripts to the Administrative Law Journal. All submissions are initially evaluated by the Editorial Team to determine whether they are consistent with the journal's aims, scope, and quality standards. Manuscripts that meet these initial requirements will proceed to the peer-review process, after which the Editor will make the final decision regarding acceptance, revision, or rejection.
Before submitting a manuscript, authors are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions to reproduce any copyrighted materials, including photographs, figures, tables, documents, or datasets. All individuals listed as authors must have made significant contributions to the work and must agree to the submission and publication of the manuscript. Where applicable, research involving human participants or other ethical considerations must have received approval from the appropriate ethics committee or institutional review board in accordance with the legal and ethical requirements of the country where the research was conducted.
The Editorial Team reserves the right to reject a manuscript without external review (desk rejection) if it does not meet the journal's minimum standards of quality, originality, relevance, or compliance with the submission guidelines. Authors are strongly encouraged to ensure that the manuscript is well organized, the research objectives and methodology are clearly presented, the arguments are logically developed, and the conclusions are supported by the findings. The title should be concise and informative, while the abstract should accurately summarize the study and be understandable as a standalone section.
Before completing the submission process, authors are encouraged to carefully review the submission checklist and ensure that all required documents and manuscript components have been prepared in accordance with the journal's guidelines. Careful preparation will facilitate the review process and improve the likelihood of successful peer review.
