Screening for Plagiarism Policy
All manuscripts submitted to Lampung Journal of Criminal Law (LJCL) will undergo plagiarism screening before entering the peer-review process. The journal is committed to maintaining academic integrity and ensuring the originality of all published works.
Manuscripts are checked using reliable plagiarism detection software such as Turnitin and/or iThenticate. Authors are expected to ensure that their submissions are free from plagiarism, self-plagiarism, data fabrication, and other forms of academic misconduct.
The acceptable similarity index is a maximum of 25%, excluding references and properly quoted citations. Manuscripts that exceed the permitted similarity threshold may be returned to the authors for revision or rejected by the editorial board.
Any form of plagiarism or unethical publication practice identified before or after publication will be handled according to the journal’s publication ethics and editorial policies.
