2. Authors grant Laciva: Lampung Civil Law Journal the right of first publication.

The published articles are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) License, which permits anyone to read, download, copy, distribute, adapt, and reuse the work for any lawful purpose, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and the journal.
4. Authors are responsible for ensuring that their manuscripts are original, do not infringe upon any third-party copyrights or intellectual property rights, and have obtained permission for the use of any copyrighted materials included in the manuscript.
5. Authors may enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the published version of the work (e.g., institutional repositories or published books), provided that the original publication in Laciva: Lampung Civil Law Journal is properly acknowledged.
