Peer Reviewer Process

The review process consists of the following stages:

Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on originality, scientific contribution, methodology, legal analysis, clarity, organization, relevance, and the quality of references.
  4. Review Recommendations
Based on the reviewers' comments, the editor will make one of the following decisions:
    • Accept without revision
    • Accept with minor revisions
    • Accept with major revisions
    • Reject
  5. Revision by Authors
Authors are required to revise their manuscripts in accordance with the reviewers' comments and submit a revised version within the specified timeframe.
  6. Final Editorial Decision
The Editor-in-Chief makes the final publication decision after considering the reviewers' recommendations and the quality of the revised manuscript.

Throughout the review process, Laciva: Lampung Civil Law Journal is committed to maintaining confidentiality, fairness, objectivity, and transparency in accordance with the ethical principles of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
